The campus multi-phase site development and infrastructure strategy includes: Phase 1 - site clearance, rough grading, and underground utility work plus construction of the central utility plant. [Completed in 2005]. Phase 2 - completion of the central utility plant, installation of a thermal energy storage tank and street paving.
