The project completed key phases of work related to the Section 404 permit conditions including: 1) construction of a dirt perimeter road to improve access to the outer areas of the campus and community; 2) construction of appropriate boundary fencing between the campus and preserve lands; 3) mass grading to improve storm water management; 4) construction of a kit fox bridge; and 5) salvage of impacted wetland soils.
