Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Student Housing Phase 3 is composed of approximately 57,940 assignable square feet/84,130 gross square feet in two four-story buildings on the campus at Scholars Lane between Emigrant Pass and Mammoth Lakes Road, just to the west of the Valley Terraces student housing complex.
