Valley Terraces Housing and Dining provides approximately 131 apartment suites accommodated in 122,500 asf inclusive of 10,000 asf of Community support spaces, enhancing student life and programs. The project provides a dining facility of approximately 11,000 asf and drop-off and residential parking for a total of 342 spaces. The project is programmed for 456 student beds. The suites provide a combination of single, double, and slightly larger triple rooms, a living/dining area, efficiency kitchens, and compartmentalized bathroom(s). The buildings are two stories. All of the units are furnished and include Internet and cable television hookups. Common area includes space for: laundry area (800 asf); study rooms (1,600 asf); exercise/activity center/game room (2,000 asf) room; multipurpose assembly room (3,000 asf); catering/staging kitchen for special events (600 asf); custodial work area(400 asf); reception/lobby area (400 asf); and offices (1,200 asf).
